Alright first things first you must have reached the non staff rank of Respected wolf. Which is 100 Posts.
Once you have reached that you MUST.
Make a new account
Apply again for a character and wait for approval and apply for a pack and await for approval.
Write in all your characters signatures all your characters
The character must be different from your last character in colour and bio.
You are only allowed up to 5 characters. Any more made will not be accepted.
